- Tom Cruise, Fee: astronomical, Touted as a possible 'cos always considered for everything.

- Leonardo Dicaprio, Fee: under $10 million, Didn't want to do another special-effects flick after Titanic.

- Will Smith, Fee: $15 million, Wanted Neo to have too many girlfriends, tell too many jokes.

- David Duchovny, Fee: $2 or $3 million, Decided to show loyalty to X Files creator Chris Carter and make The X Files The Movie instead.

lord for). Im happy....... But, It`s all about personality and characters that have to fit with the script and thats what It`s all about...... (I might be straying off the point a little here though....).

He`s not..... (Not in my opinion anyway....). I like him, because he doesn`t try to overplay, he feels more natural and doesn``t really pretend to be something he`s not.... ( I mean personality wise of course! , I mean i doubt that he is humanities last hope agains the machines in reality.......).

I still think Reeve`s wa sht eman for the job, in my opinion, i mean, sure there would be other good actors who could do it, but i doubt much better!
(Besides for a change it`s good to have new less famous actors in big movies, like they did in the lord of the rings......).

(They don`t have to be popular actors, just good ones.....).

I don't what the hell is up with people bashing Keanu Reeves' acting in that movie. He's SUPPOSED to be like that. That's Neo's character. If you actually watch other movies with him in it you'll see that the guy isn't emotionless, and he can act.

I agree with Blaksmoke. Neo's character was supposed to be like that. I never thought he was a horrible actor...except for maybe in Little Buddha. That movie sucked.

I think either Tom Cruise or David Duchovny would've been interesting to see..
