I used to be a HUGE WWF/WCW fan. I mean, I could NOT miss any monday or I'd go crazy. But now I rarely watch wrestling. Its got to a point where its too predictable and no longer fun. Theres too many "young" talent popping up and not enough wrestlers I grew up watching.

I like the days when Steve Austin and Kurt Angles were co-managers and they'd aruge and sing to each other. That was funny.

I like the days of DX.

I liked when the Corporation was around, and when they were fueding with the Ministry and then they ended up uniting and going after Austin.

I liked it when Triple H wasn't the center of RAW.

And I ESPECIALLY liked it when Raw and Smackdown were one, and not seperate.

I've always wondered what happened to Ken Shamrock...
But yeah, I have really lost interest in wrestling as of late.
Too predictable, and the storyline (in wrestling, none-the-less) is stupid.
At least back then it was sort of entertaining to watch the Ministry and Federation try to one-up eachother.
The former leader of the Ministry is now 'controlled' by a fat man with a ponytail and holds a jar. How amazing.

I must admit, I pretty much stopped watching wrestling too...even the PPV which I rarely miss...

Anyways, I try to catch RAW on Mondays. But, for SD I usually read the spoilers and if it sounds good I'll catch it on Thursday.

Everyone watch the last 10 mins of SD this week...should be good.

Reason: It lacks great stories, it lacks balls, it lacks controversy, it lacks popular wrestlers, it lacks just about everything I want it to.

The one weird thing is I keep watching because you never know when it will turn around and if you miss the turn you would regret it.

I like the Heyman and Taker bit!

I'm with Macca. I watch Impact every week or I get angry, it's that good of a show. And they have such a low budget, too.

As far as WWE goes, Kliq, you can't expect the old guys to go on forever. You have to bring in new talent for the business to continue. Unless you want a roster of 60 Ric Flairs.

Either way, I still watch Raw every week, but I haven't seen a Smackdown in almost three months.

I havn't watched a full show for years. I just read about what happens, and if I'm flipping and it's on I'll watch. Sometimes at work they put it on in the weight room, so I watch that for a little bit.

Wrestling was more enjoyable to watch before some fuckers ruined it and said it was scripted. :cry: Wrestlers used to be super heroes, now they're just actors. :( At least some matches are cool once in a while. :)

Yeah, I used to love wresting. I havnt watched any of it for 3 years now. Ever since WCW fell and then ECW, WWF (WWE, whatever) doesn't have any reason to do anything revolutionary anymore. Wrestling is still one of the high rated shows so they have no reason to do anything over the top or revolutionary anymore. I still think ECW was one of the best wrestling feds, because they had some of the best wrestlers and matches, and without alot of the bullshit the WWF does.
