Something's wrong with my car...

I get lots of vibration when I give it gas in first gear...But only in first gear, no matter how many RPM's it is at when I gas it. No other gear gives me this problem...Could it be my transmission?

need more infromation. You gave such vauge sysmptoms. Does it stall? Idel surge? Misfire?
