when i try to start it up, it make that "GgGgGgggggGGggGGg" sounds but never completely starts up.
we have changed the:
fuel filter
fuel pump

distributer
and check fuses
...and still hasn't solved the problem.

Well, there are a lot of things that could be wrong. But let me know the year.type of car it is and I can research it more...
Here are a few things to try.
Have you tried jumping it off?
Is it full of gas?
Have you gotten the alternator checked?
Have you gotten the starter checked?

Goku's right, its probaly the starter or alternator. But its definetly something electrical.

I had the problem once, and it was that I had no gas...

depends on what car it is , the starter and battery can be the problem or the disy cap or rotor, if the car is computer controled it could be a sensor or a coil pack

uh-oh. I have a bad feeling if its not something electrical. Do a compression test on it, you be able to tell allot with the numbers you get back
