uhmmmm.........

Made $1000 off an iPhone App that took me 3 hours to write. Yum....

I could have done it in 45 minutes but you know, I tried to do a good job.

Yup, you only have to make something that's fun for about 30 minutes, doesn't really matter as it's only 99 cents. Might get lucky and make something that sells a million units and retire. It's just like playing the lottery with better odds. If it's fun for more than 30 minutes you're better off giving it away for free then selling the expansion packs.

This guy had some basic physics engine lying around, banged together some quick bear graphics, ker ching!

Hmmm..... Free money.... :)

I mostly spend my mornings dealing with old dears who can't work their Macs, can't download a game or install it, can't enter a registration code, have their spam filter set up to delete everything then they wonder where their code is. So if I sell 10 units of something, 2 will come back to me wanting computer lessons.

Doesn't happen on iTunes and iPhone. Just get paid....
