Dude the GameCube is the best looking ever!! I have the black one (it has a cool red light too), and it goes really well together with my hifi equipment... i have this table where i have put my surround amp, my dvd player, and my effect amp, and there's enough room for the cube and the cables sticking out in the back of it, with room to spare... if i had gotten an xbox or a ps2, i'd have to stack them, i dont like that... u can also place the cube on the floor and looks even better!! :) :) So YEAH the GCN is the best looking console evr, in my opinion

theres like 30 different genis versions...my friend has the best looking one though.

1.black cube ( purple , which i have sinc ei got it for xmas, is really ugly)
2.DC, actually i think DC is better than cube, but mines all dirty lol

Yeah the PSone DOES look excellent!! it sorta looks like a small cd player or a discman... i dont know how to explain it... but yeah it looks pretty cool... :)

BTW everybody's talking about the genesis?! what's a genesis?! sounds like sega... no cant be sega... or is it?! we never had that in norway...

It wasnt called the Genesis there. It was only called the Genesis in America. I forgot what it was called there...im sure u had it though.

I think the Dreamcast looks the best. When I took it out of the box the first time I was amazed at how sleek it was.
My 2nd favorite is probably my black 'cube.

Oh, and just how many Genesis versions were there? I feel like, being the Sega freak I am, I should know. I thought they were only 3 versions (the first one being the one with the big circular design on the front and on "switch", the second being the slightly smaller one with power buttons (not a switch) and minus the circular design, and the third being the really small one with the appropiate big "3" on the front. BTW, I mean American versions.

I had the second version, as I think most people did. I consider that one the "real" Genesis.

Hmmm its not fair that u guys got the cooler name!! I mean Genesis sounds a lot better than Mega Drive... why would anyone give the console 2 names... and Mega Drive at that? hmm... well, anyways... I guess we had like at least 5-6 version of it over here... I knew a guy that had 3 or 4 of them... they were all black though, and yeah they were great looking, but the dreamcast and the black cube beats it... and what was the sega with that built in game called? wasnt that the genesis? im not really into sega... :)

BTW does any1 know if there are any cool "stands" for the cube?? i found this one stand they had at an import shop, but it was ugly and purple... i figure since im gonna be having the cube on the floor or on a low table or something (like i do now, a stereo table thing, really short), it should stand on something to give it some height and to not ruin the rubber feet... (i know thats exactly why they're there, but im prissy with my cube, i dont want to get scratches and stuff on it... :) )... besides, i'm 6'2", it's just unescessary to bend that far to change games and turn the power on and stuff....

NIN 64 is pretty fresh with tha cartridge stickin out an all...
the thing about the PS2 is that it just looks wak when its horizontal..it only looks alright if its upright ...even then it looks like a portable heater or air conditioner...
PSone's are pretty fresh2 much better than the clunky old PSX's ...
and i have a GC (a blue one, but tha black one is fresh 2)

if you need a coffee table but still want a gaming console go for tha Xbox (that one is for Mosska!)

yep, GameCube. The metalic blue that is sometimes seen on IGN is wicked looking.

Mine would have to be probably either GC cause its so compact and powerful or the Xbox. Its really wicked looking with that slightly raised "X" on the top. GC mostly cause it came out as 2 colours, then came the Qube.

Hmm the Q model looks like a Panasonic compact stereo thing... and the whole japanese compact cool looking image is gone... so i'll take the original black cube over that one :) (although the cube is simply a cube, it has no fancy letters or stuff sticking out of it... it's too plain, they should have put in more effort to make it look cooler... BUT it IS the best looking of the lot without all the fancy stuff, good going Nintendo!! :) )...

Hmm but i havent seen the dvd gamecube in person though... only on pictures... maybe i should take a look at it before i decide... :) :)
