But, it also screws up lots of other things including blocking games, P2P, and other programs from the Net. If you want to update to SP2 I would wait for awhile till MS fixes the Fix.

Yes, and no. The full network installation (266MB - ever file) is avaliabe from MS here (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=049C9DBE-3B8E-4F30-8245-9E368D3CDB5A&displaylang=en). While the Express installer (Automatic Updates) will install only the files you need (incase you already have some of the patches) This was suppose to happen for WinXp Home users today, then XP Pro next Wednesday. By early September you can order XP SP2 on cd for free (S&H is also free from MS). Then it will finally be avaliable from the Windows Update Website. I have the network installaiton with no problems what so ever. If you have broadband, grab the network installer, or if you wish to wait, do that too.
