What are the cd's that you listen to, but refuse to admit to, since everyone else laughs when you show up bumping it.

P.Diddy - Forever

DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince - Greatest Hits

Bell Biv Devoe - Poison

Shaggy - Lucky Day

Old School Cash Money - Get it how you live

Well, for me it depends on who I'm talking to. On here, I'd say Blink 182 just because they're extremely pop-punk if punk at all. But, they're damn funny and their new album is great.

Really, I don't like hiding my musical interests, since music should be about what you like personally and it shouldn't matter what the band's reputation is. But, I can't really say that, since I think there are some bands out there that should have never gotten record deals, indie or otherwise, and therefore nobody should listen to them. Obviously that's my opinion, but it goes against my previous philosophy that no one should care what musical choice you choose. :dur:

CDs-wise, I have a few anime soundtracks, Chobits and Mahoromatic (which I enjoy), two South Park CDs (Chef Aid is pretty cool, the guests on the movie soundtrack aren't as good IMO,) and two albums by the band who did the credits theme to Powerpuff Girls, 'Bis'.
The earlier one is very much synth-punk-pop, and not something that would generally appeal to the older-than-young audience, but I really like it. It has charm or something.
Their later one is more mature though, and still very much an album I never tire of.

Mp3s-wise, I have many video game musics which I have recently been teased because of, and also a handfull of Powerpuff Girls music.
What can I say, I like the show (from the few episodes that I've actually seen,) and I enjoy the music.
With some of their music by Bis, Komeda, Devo, and others, I can't resist.
I actually found Bis and Komeda this way.

But I listen to various other songs that I think I would sometimes find slightly embarassing, were other people were to find out.
But "ahh..."

Oh, well I guess it might be a tiny bit embarrasing listening to some music that sounds like noise to the layperson (Autechre, dDamage, ...uhh... Dat Politics maybe...)

So really I am very happy with my music taste as it has served me very well throughout the years.
I wouldn't change a thing about it.
Well maybe I'd make myself enjoy some other bands, but nothing negative.

I (like Boggy) listen to some video game music... mostly stuff that I find at Overclocked (I forget the url... it's somewhere in my IE favorites). I've purchased a couple soundtracks too... Final Fantasy: S Generation, and Medal of Honor: Frontline.

I also still listen to some emo... Weezer, Saves the Day, Dashboard, and Built to Spill. Say what you will about the genre, but I still really enjoy that kind of music.

Boggy: nothing wrong with 'Bis,' they're the ones who did that awesome LWTUA cover, right?

NERD can be good, as can The Darkness despite what some image-conscious tards say.

I'm listening to "Tomorrow Never Dies" by Shreyl Crow right now. I'm not ashamed.

The Darkness, and Foo Fighters. But they're not so much guilty pleasures, as I don't hide the fact that I like them. Just nobody knows. I'm also down with Weerd Science.

Sure there's nothing wrong with their later stuff.
And I don't mean to say that there's anything wrong with their earlier stuff.
But it's a lot more... 'youthfull'.
To put it nicely.
I mean, I really enjoy everything they've done.
But... I don't know.

Some other music that I enjoy, but could be somewhat embarrased by, is Mike Patton's 'Adult Themes For Voice' album.
Well, I say "music"...
