I just read his most recent posts to find anything wrong with them. Sure, some of them may have been irrelevant, but even still, they were more relevant than 90% of other people's posts on the forum.

Sure, he may have called Americans fucktards, but it was all in good fun.

Swiff flamed, Swiff spammed and Swiff had a blatant disregard for the forum mods and admins.

For a long time, he was great but this past month, he's been a complete opposite of himself.

i think good behavior needs to be looked into, the three warning rule should also be voidable.

Let me say this. Kevin, have you been watching all his posts? Didn't think so, so that 90% comment means nothing. We have. Every day, the admins and some Smods note Swiffs postings and how much of a irritation they have recently become. I get PMs asking what is Swiffers problem and why has he become such an asshole.

As for people bitching about too many bans, let me share some stats with you.

Total perma bans - 229

Total in 2003 - 136

Total in 2004 - 93

Now we have twice as many members in 2004 than in 2003 so we are banning at half the rate that Nnow used to.

No longer do you get banned just because the admin gets pissed. Kevin, you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Now if you don't like the current policies, let us know in the Feedback and suggestions board, it's what it is for. We don't ban you for posting in there anymore. And don't just say it sucks, give examples, ideas and ways to make it better.
