Having trouble obtaining the HD DVD experiance

I just got a component cable for our new HDTV. All I did was plug it into the component cable output on the DVD player and into the Component cable input on the TV. I get a picture plagued by a horrible blue tint. What do I do?

hmmm well first make sure your cable is good (try to plug it into somthing else)

As was said, check the cable. Bring it backt o the store if need be and ask them to try it with one of thier HDTVs, or just get a new one instead by reaturn.

What model number and type of TV do you have? Same model/make of DVD player as well.

It is possible that either of these products could suffer from problems with this. I can check if you get the make/model.

All that I can think of is the cable might be crap because only the blue color is working. Weird. Hope Nuke can figure something out.
