Better 3rd party support than N64 days but still way behind.

Michael Bluth

I think it's rather interesting that Ubi Soft only lists Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield for the XBox...... and EBGames.com (http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/categories/products/deptpage.asp?wherefrom=search&searchword=Rainbow%20Six%20Raven) only lists the XBox version aswell.

I'm dissapointed that Konami not puting anything on the cube or GBA. The good news is a new castlevania.

Viper
04-18-2003, 08:24 PM
^agreed. Konami is not showing any love for the Cube at all.

Michael Bluth
04-18-2003, 08:26 PM
Konami has more games coming that aren't on that list........ don't worry :D

Viper
04-18-2003, 08:31 PM
I just hope those ar Cube bound...ecxlusive would be sweet. MG(insert number or subtitle) may show. What ever happened to Mobile 21? The company formed be Konami and Nintendo to produce games for GBA and GC and use their connectivity?

Kliq
04-18-2003, 08:36 PM
I'm interested in what Konami has in store for Gamecube (MGS!).

Hylian-Advocate
04-19-2003, 12:30 AM
Maybe I've been out of the loop for far to long. But how come these games say they are only for gamecube:

Dead Phoenix (GCN)
Killer 7 (GCN)
Product Number 0.3. (GCN)
unannounced secret project (GCN)
Viewtiful Joe (GCN)

Don't get me wrong, I would love it if they were, but I posted a thread on this way back when and it was moved to the general console section. Does this mean that they actually are GameCube Exclusive or what???

Prince
04-19-2003, 12:39 AM
No. The list is just what is confirmed. Only Capcom knows if they're exclusive or not.

Hylian-Advocate
04-19-2003, 05:43 AM
^Ohh. So you mean that it only says GCN because that's the only console they have been confirmed on as of now...?

Im dissapointed that Square is not showing nething on FF:CC but i suppose since it came out in Japan already... its to be expected
and i hope "game zero" isnt some stupid game that is labeled that way just to attract attention... as i kno Nintendo has done that a few times b4 - the stuipid backpack for SMS...

FF:CC will be playable at E3. It has not been released in Japan yet.

04-19-2003, 08:10 PM
Playlogic International added along with the list being rearranged.

3D0 and EA's lists are mighty small...........

PhixedDice

Michael Bluth
04-21-2003, 06:20 PM
Valve Software's Doug Lombardi dropped us a note with one line that should excite everyone this morning: "Half-Life 2 will be shown at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo." Details on what they will show, whether or not it will be behind closed doors or on the show floor and if it's actually playable were not disclosed - but if you needed a reason to be excited about E3 then this may just be your gateway to the unimaginable. More on this announcement when we have it.

The Simpsons Hit and Run will feature the voice actors and writers from the television show and will hit stores this fall for PC, Xbox, PS2, and GameCube. It's developed by the team at Radical Entertainment and will play out in a similar fashion to Grand Theft Auto; that is, a car-themed adventure game. Expect to play as Homer, Bart, Marge, Lisa, and Apu, and interact with virtually every supporting character from the television show.

Looks like the secret Capcom game is "Gotcha Force":

"Also brand new and unheard of until today is Gotcha Force, a toy-on-toy 3D action shooter. Create your own fighting force with over 100 unique toy characters, using strategy and tactics to build the best and strongest force. Like a mad character-collecting rampage, Gotcha Force probably gets addictive as you try to build toy character combinations.

Up to four players scrap for control in Battle Mode, or go teamwork two against two. Essentially, you can play against your friends or work together to defeat the meanest collection of toys in the cupboard. You can even trade with your mates to assemble the most powerful Toy units. Toys never sounded so much fun!"

That's like saying the record label for N*sync is the best and all it's other bands are the best because they sold a ton of records.

Driver 3 is like GTA3 with much more emphasis on driving.
