not really a fan of them. for 20,000 you can get a SRT-4 and for 28,000 a Evolution RS (no power anything but has a sweet front lsd that lets so crazy they had to leave out ABS becuase how unpredicatable it is)

If you want a cheap car you probaly should not buy a new one

Nissian 240sx is a fun, relatively cheap and easy to find car with a healthy dose of torque and fr drivetrain to boot. It's a party in car format.

Try the Mazda 3.

The Tiburon is not a Kia it is a Hyundia.

My recommendation is the Volkswagen GTI. It's fast, fairly affordable, and has enough space to haul a drum set with the back seats folded down.

I don't play drums. Aren't VW very unreliable?

VW arent bad cars and the Golf gets like 40 miles to a gallon. But, I'm tellin ya, just go test drive a Mazda 3. I think you would find it to be up to standards and Mazda's are very reliable.

The TC is most likely the best buy you can have. For 16,450 (I think) you get a great interior, great exterior, tourqy engine (at least for this class), good 5sp (4 speed auto is a big no no), and the amazing toyota reliablity.

Also, coolest part, you can get a lot of TRD stuff for this thing all under the original warrantie from Toyota, including a supercharger that should put the Tc right there with the Ion redline in terms of speed, not that bad, but stock it still is really good.

I hope you aren't talking about the Tiburon.

They are Hundai's.

Stay away from tehm, they are more troble than they are worth, and on top of that, they are slow.

It all depends what you are looking for, I for one, like the TC. It's not super fast, but it looks decent, and is cheap as nuts; You can get a bone dry new one for arond 15k.

If you are into the wonderful world of modding, I recommend a Subaru 2.5 RS. You get the same engine as the STi, AWD, and decent stock car for you to drop a turbo in. Doesn't look to bad either.
