i saw this one cnn article a few days ago and it kinda blew me away. Neo conservatives whant to spread American idealism around the world. You know them there half of Bush's cabinet people like Donald Rumsfeld. Although Bush doesn't whant that he is deeply influenced by his cabinet. But thanks to people like Colin Powell we will get a nice balance of debate on both sides..... Sopposably. So scary.......... There is a liberal branch that thinks like that to.

Ok...that made no sense. Neo-conservatism does not directly involve war, so way to try and look smart.

American idealism can spread economically and culturally. It is happening right now. Most countries already use the USD. War isn't always necessary to spread American influence.
