Don't know were i got it but it just kinda came up. Are they bad besides the fact that someone whants you gone? Who gave it to me to?

It means that somebody signed up for the forums,and put you as referrer (you told them about the place)

That means when someone registered, you were problably the one that invited them. When they register, it asks who referred them, thus meaning you got a referral. It's nothing bad. I got 4 referrals (I think).
