Walk of Game

I know the walk of game has been discused allready.....however, I recently checked out the rankings and I didn't like what I saw.

No way should halo and master chief be 1 and 2 with link and mario below.....I am not saying this as a fanboy, but as someone who believes that credit should be given where it is deserved...... Mario singlehandedly created the videogame industry and deserves the number one spot. As characters I think links history makes it more deserving of second than third.

Maybe your right. I saw this site when I a load of PS2'ers were bitching about the same thing. 1st HALO 2nd HALO.

I'm not sure of the rule or what not but in todays game market MC and Halo is far more influencial than Mario, and Link

I have a problem with that site to begin with. Whats up with the choices? Theres Final Fantasy but no Goldbox series? They have the Sims 2 creator but not even the guy (name?) who created Tetris? They have Halo and no Quake? Parappa the Rappa is there but no Castlevania? I never heard of that site but it reminds me of when I watched the Video Game Awards. Yuck. But I do have to agree with the rankings though. Not that many people care for Nintendo anymore. Halo is like the thing to vote for when you really want to stay away from Nintendo. Atleast the choices didn't have Snoop Dogg.

i'd nominate / give the award to some of these characters because of the influence and power these characters have held cept for Ryo. But this thing is annual RIGHT /?/?/? we don't wan't to walk on Mario's Fat ass nose every year.

Doesn't say annual....says first-of-its-kind. If it were annual then it wouldn't be honoring the past pioneers, it would be honoring current hype. Seems to be doing that anyway.
