haha, saw this in a jap game shop. this huge mammoth bulky thing which plugs onto the top of the gba and comes with some 8mb card and some cord and you can turn your gba into an mp3 player. it cost like 8000yen which is about $100 australian. i wouldnt buy it but it still looked cool.

i`m typing this pressuming this is one of those crazy jap things, if its not just a crazy jap thing, sue me and close this thread.

This just needs to come over to the Ds, and that'd be cool. Crazy, yes, but it still sounds cool.

^um...100$ australian...I still don't know what it is though...they have to pay for the player itself and the card. But still, I see your point.

"The GBA Movie Player enables you to use your Gameboy Advance™ or Gameboy Advance SP™ to play video and audio files and read e-books from standard Compact Flash™ cards. You can use your PC and a normal Compact Flash card reader to transfer and convert your media files to the Compact Flash cards. The included software even converts files directly from DVD to the proper GBA format. The GBA Movie Player supports 'multi tasking', meaning that you can play songs while you are reading e-books in simple text format."

^My god...that pwns...+rep 4 j00. Since it's compact, it really doesn't need all that power of a dvd. Music too..nintendo should push this, or pay them to push it.

^I figured, this is better then the other system, because you can load all the dvd's you already got, pictures and such too, and all the little features. They should make one just for the Ds, it could be more powerful then this one, but I'm still probably gonna get this one because it sounds simply awsome.

and they make those memory cards up to 1 gb too now...that's a lot of fucking memory, enough for a whole movie

0_0*whoa, that red thing Blurple POsted looks a lot better than this thing i saw. the one i saw was like massive, bulky and white. not sure what company made it, i think it was third party. i`ll see if i can get a photo next time i go to the game shop. it really didnt look like something a serious gaming kind of perosn would buy, more like something for the japanese kids who cant afford ipods and carry their SPs everywhere.
