I walk into the movie theater, girlfriend in hand, expecting something frightening.
I walk into the movie theater, girlfriend in hand, to see a wicked awesome preview for that new movie "saw." Boy howdy, shoulda seen that.
The first five minutes of the grudge, roughly, are as follows:
Girl wakes up to see guy on balcony of apartment. Girl states something like "Oh, you're up early," and insists guy returns to bed. Guy looks blankly, and jumps off balcony.
I have never laughed harder in my life.
Yes, the idea of The Grudge is scary, but it is not.
At all.
It made me jump, I will admit. But just when I lean over to my beloved woman and state something like "Hey, it would be cool if..." Lo and behold, it happens!
Predictable, yay!
Do not see The Grudge. It was a waste of fifteen dollars of mine.
