This store kicks ass. It's like the best place on earth. I can spend hours in this place just finding books and reading them. Today I went and got a few books.

First I got 'The Road to the Dark Tower "Exploring Stephen King's Magnum Opus"'- This essentially coveres everything about the Dark Tower series. This will be a good read.

Slaughter' House-Five- Someone reccomended Kurt Vonnegut in the favorite book's thread so I made a note of picking this book out. I've been thinking about buying this book for a while and I decided to get it today.

Lord of the Flies- Heard good things about this book and it seems interesting. Should be a quick and easy read.

The martian Chronicles- Another sci-fi book by Ray Bradbury. Chronicles the events of Earthlings colonizing alien populated Mars. I love Bradbury so I'm looking forward to this read.

Anyways... I should finish up 1984 tonight. Which book do you guys think I should read first? I'm thinking Lord of the Flies. I can probably get it done in about a day.

Ya. The end.

Yeah, it rocks. The CD/DVD section at my local one is awesome. The people there listen to good music...and they know a lot about music...it's wonderful.

And they have a good selection of books and the people who work there are nice. It's awesome.

And yes, Lord of the Flies is a great read. I like it a lot and I think you will too.

Pro A.

I love going there. They usually have what I want. I do prefer to save my money. There is a cool used bookstore across the street from my B&N. If they have something cheaper, I'll buy it, but usually I get my new story from B&N.

Barnes&Noble is a great place, when ever I'm out by it I alwys stop by and look around at the books to see if anything interests me. Yeah and read Lord of the Flies first, I didn't like it much but most people think its pretty good.

I actually like going to Walden Bookstore better. Better selection of fantasy novels and D&D books.

Dude, you can sit in B&N for however long you want for days on end and read. They don't mind. It's pretty cool.

Yeah, that's like the Chapters' bookstore by me is. Except they have leather chairs and a coffee shop and stuff. It's awesome for reading.

B&N has huge chairs and a coffee shop...at least the one near me does.
