I know Doom III apparently is gonna be made only for PC and XBOX... but anybody know if it will be shown at e3 2003 ????

I dont like the engine that Id is using for Doom 3. From that trailer, the graphics werent even "that" good to begin with. Especially the fire...it looked worse than Die Hard Vendetta's flame thrower...lol

I think that the Half Life 2 engine is far more advanced and a lot more powereful. The graphics look a lot better in HL2 than in Doom 3 IMO. The character models looked nicer, the environments looked better, and the fire looked good too. The only thing that i see that puts Doom 3 over HL2 graphically speaking is Doom 3's amazing lighting.

I've only seen like 1 Half-Life 2 screen, where did you see all that stuff? And I personally think that DOOM III looks absolutely fantastic.

tssss....Doom 3 doesnt look that good....The character models dont even match the environments. They just looked like they were cut and paste their.

I saw screens of HL2 at some forum. They had scanned them from a magazine that wasnt released to the public yet.
