Metroid Zero Mission. Nothing beats a 2D Metroid game, and even though this was a "remake" it was significantly different from the first game. And besides, 2D gaming has a sort of magic feel to it that I just can't seem to get as well with 3D.

I can only base my vote on what I have played and that limits my ability to choose objectively without seeming like nothing more than a fanboy. Of those I have played, I enjoyed MP2 more than the others.
