Fill tool?

I was trying to do a pixel art thing in photoshop, but when I use the Fill tool it kinda overflows. Look at the attachment to see what i mean. Does anyone know how i can fix it?

it could be anti aliasing, and it could be the 1 pix line is allowing slippage where the pixels meet, lemme fire up PS and give it a go, i'll get back to you on this.

alright, heres what I found, I did it and the green didnt run, the one pick black like was blurry and it loooked like crap, so i did it this way and it looked fine.

Use marquee tool to make whatever shape you want

Fill with black

On the top hit select, then modify, then contract, in the pop up put a 1 (this will bring the selection in one pix)

then fill the selection with your overlay color and voila, clear crisp lines, no runnage.

Ok cool. Thanks alot man. Unfortunatly for me I selected the whole thing pixel by pixel - which took a while. (The attachment is just a very small bit of the picture.)
When I've finished I'll post it. It should look really cool. Im going to make a whole city.
