2004 only ended 15 days ago, so I don't think it's too late to make this thread.

2004 was a great year for music I think, so I was wondering, what was everyones favorite songs of 2004? It doesn't have to be a single or anything, just the songs you think were best.

For me...

1. Brian Wilson - Heroes and Villains
2. Animal Collective - Who Could Win a Rabbit
3. Interpol - Evil
4. Sonic Youth - Unmade Bed
5. Modest Mouse - The Good Times Are Killing Me

Yeah, you all can have multiple songs by the same artist. My list just doesn't cause... well, no 2 songs by the same artists make my top five!

no good song in a whole year ??

either you're fucking hard to please,
or your musical knowledge is limited.

2004 was nothing special in terms of music but a shitload of good stuff were created.
