Skills You Just Have to Have

Depending on your life what are those skills that are just seriously necessary? Don't post the obvious such as driving. These are mine:

-touchtyping

Fortunately I took that class in freshman year high school. It just so sad that my district doesn't have enough money to have it required to the other kids.

-photoshop

I frickin hate the class, its so frickin hard for me to learn and IMO they ask too much of me for projects. I never touched the program in my life until this third quarter of college. I'm just somewhat happy I can get help no matter how limited it is. Its even harder when I don't own a digital camera. But I'll deal with it and hopefully I pass it.

photoshop, ive been using it for a while now and probly longer than anyone at my school so i might be the best at my school maybe. yay.

Hmmm, well to be success in software development, I would say...

Learn the techniques and methods, don't get hung up with specific syntax (that's why we have compilers).

Learn the patterns and refactor!

Anyone who does software construction should read "Code Complete". The best handbook/guideline availible.

I actually though beating challenge 51 was pretty easy. Challenge 50 was harder.
