I think he could possibly be the next Michael Jordan. He brings excitement and alot of talent to the table. He can dunk, shoot, and play defence. I think in a couple years he could be a premier player in the NBA.

he'll be the next MJ in terms of being the face of the NBA, he'll be more like Magic Johnson in terms of playing i think though. I love how he's a rookie but he's playing well on all facets of the game.

He'll be the first LeBron James. There really is no one like him. He's not like MJ, he's a better rebounder and better passer. Michael was a better scorer, but it's early in LeBron's career. LeBron has a chance to be the best ever, if he keeps working on his game and keeps improving.

LeBron is 18 or w/e he plays on a horrible team, that is getting media hype. Personally, I think that it is WAY to early to compare him to even a player like Jason Kidd let alone the greatness himself. Lets see what happens when the media hype is off him next year, or when his team can ever make the playoffs. I think that he could be a person that is only a person who can preform in the spotlight, and that is the reason that he will never be great

there are 3 players who will be remembered in the future as being better than Lebron (Carmelo, Kobe, and McGrady)

He is not only amazingly talented and young but is also very mature handling the press and the all the hype very well. The sky is the limit. Unfortunatly, the badness of the Cavs and the selfishness of some of his teammates could make the sky fairly low. Either the Cavs put a great deal of time and money into a turnaround or they're and Lebron's future are not looking good.

i dont like lebron much, sure he's good and all but he;s too young to say that he's gonna be THAT GREAT and people are being optimistic about his future. the cavs still lose games. carmelo i like better, and denver is 9-6 as of now, 4th in the midwest!

I wouldn't have gone to college if I could get 90 million dollars from nike, and had a chance to play in the NBA... Too big of a risk if you get injured.

Not to mention he obviously has the talent to play in the NBA, as he will possibly be an all-star this year.

he didn't make the all-star team, but was on a great rookie team; though they still lost.

I would rather be injured with 90 million dollars than having to sit through classes. Looks like the Cavs are headed to the Playoffs too. :)

Actually, my dad just told me (from me asking) that there was a player that was probably better then Jordan but nly wanted to play in the street. He said he was never beaten in 1 on 1.

In case you haven't noticed, streetball doesn't translate all that well into the NBA. While the guy may beat MJ in a street game, I seriously doubt he would be better than MJ in the NBA.

Uhhhgghhh...not streetball. He wants to play outside ball, just a normal game played outside, and probably 1 on 1.

Streetball is basically more free and there are less rules. Traveling is probably gone.
In real game with rules and all that, i dont think anybody can beat Jordan.

I guess the Cavs proved you wrong (30-36 now, 6th in the East, 6 game winning streak).

well if he was better than jordan but wasn't in the NBA, he'd probably be in the CBA or ABA and another team in the NBA will probably try to sign him to like a 10-day contract to see if he really is good OR if he was a street player, wouldn't you want to be paid millions? he'd probably try out for a spot on an NBA team
