Today in gym I was running and then blah blah blah I fell. My lip is all cut up inside but thats nothing. My knee has fluids that aren;t supposed to be there or something so its like my bone is floating in excessive amounts of blood. (yes, it sounds disgusting but it isn't that bad) so for my knee to fully heal for no more then a week, I can't go to school tommorow, will probably miss my bball game on Saturday and I can barely even walk.

(I love copy and paste)

Did you get to have it drained!

That was the highlight of my college baseball career, having my knee drained every week or so from riding the bench!

Edit - Having your knee drained is great... I highly reccomend it!

Seems like the pain preceding the knee draining would take away from the experience :P

They aren't letting me get it drained and its making me angry cuz it isn't healing.

just want to remind you guys of the forum rules, and that this thread breaks the little known "grossness" rule.

It's not too gross... My knee would swell up with fluid during the week from practices and I'd usually have it drained on Fridays before our weekend series.

I should have had surgery after the season but I never did. I quit playing after my freshman year. I'll probably get my knee done before I have back surgery, if my orthopedic surgeon decides to go with surgery, that way I can use my down time for my back and my knee and then rehab the knee once I'm up and around. The back thing isn't as bad as it sounds.

Wow, that came out of nowhere. I wasn't planning on writing that much...
