The Twins weren't the only winners last night as Fort Myers topped the Lakeland Tigers 8-1. The Miracle had 13 hits to Lakeland's 9.
Looks like Marcus Mosely had a bad night on the hill, one run on one hit, and one walk, with one strike out in .1 innings worth of work.

on the road in Scranton, Josh Rabe started the second inning with a double but the Red Wings were unable to capitalize. Matt Scanlon moved Rabe to third with a ground out, but then Alex Prieto lined out and Brandon Marsters struck out to end the inning.
That was the best scoring opportunity the Wings put together all night.

Down in Burlington, The Swing had a season-high 10 hits and eight runs but still lost to the Bees, 8-5.
Kyle Phillips had three hits, and Denard Span had two. Phillips continues to lead the Swing in batting with a .444 average, eight hits, four runs, three doubles and one home run.
Also just an interesting stat on Phillips that I found while updating profiles last night: "promoted to Ft. Myers, August 30...threw out 7 of 27 (26%) runners attempting to steal."
