A's Lose 2 Pitchers in One Day

The A's lost both Tim Hudson and Rich Harden today. Hudson is supposed to miss two starts, and Harden's time out is unknown. Mark Redman is starting Sunday on three day's rest, and since the A's have an off-day Monday, a fifth starter is not needed until next Friday or Saturday, when they are expected to call up Kirk Saarloos. Discuss if you please......

Kirk Saarloos will get a chance to impress the coaching staff, but losing Huddy and Harden all in the same day definately hurts. I know my Cubs can relate, as we at one point were without our starting 3 of Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, and Greg Maddux. :x
