1. Fact. Mike Vikc is too good for them not to go if he is healthy.

2. Fiction. That would be Jim Kleinsasser.

3. Fact. He's old, and still a good QB, but no longer a great one.

4. Um, I don't know, so I'll say fiction.

5. Fiction. I'd probably go with Walter Payton.

6. Fiction. Call it a hunch.

7. Fiction. Tim Couch is plain bad. He couldn't even beat out Kelly Holcomb for a job.

8. Fiction. They'll be ok, but not that bad.

9. Fiction. Even though they have no D, they still have the best RB in the NFL.

10. Fact. :)

1) Fact. As twins said, Vick is too good for the Falcons to fall short of the playoffs.

2) Fact. Alstott is a machine.

3) Fiction. There are plenty of teams out there who would still be glad to have Favre, regardless of age.

4) Fact. As I Jet fan, I watched him all year last season.

5) That's really a toss up between Payton and Sanders, I'll say I'm undecided.

6) Fact. Because nobody is running away with it in their division.

7) Fiction. Tim Couch sucks.

8) Fiction. They may be the Raiders when it comes to having a losing season (but nothing to the tune of the Raiders' horrible year), but not for the same reason. The Buccs aren't getting old, they are just losing alot of players.

9) Fiction. LaDainian Tomlinson is the best RB in a long time. Just because of that, they'll be better than Arizona.

10) Fiction. Damn Falcon fans.

1) The Atlanta Falcons will make the playoffs this upcoming season.
Fact, they have an eager and hungry Vick, Duckett and Dunn to carry the ball, DeAngelo Hall, and of course, Michael Jenkins.

2) Mike Alstott is the best blocking fullback in the NFL.
No, Fred Beasley is the best blocking fullback in the NFL, period. Mike Alstott is more of a powerful RB.

3) Brett Favre's stock is dropping.
Of course, he isnt the same anymore and i think he is down to his last drop of juice. If the Packers miss the playoffs this year, Farve will retire.

4) Doug Brien is the worst kicker in the league.
Owen Pochman

5) Barry Sanders is the best running back of all-time.
HELL NO!!!!! He quit the NFL, remember, no excuses flat out he quit the NFL. Walter Payton and Emmitt Smith are the best RB all time, i cant pick between them. No other RB in NFL history can compare to Payton, Emmitt yet. Tomlinson will be joining them soon if he keeps up his production, but it could also wear him out quicker.

6) The Carolina Panthers will make the playoffs again this season.
Nope, they were like the Ravens and Giants, 1 year wonders. The NFC is way too tough this year and Jake Delhomme is the most overrated player in the NFL>

7) Tim Couch isn't that bad of a quarterback.
He isnt, he is a good QB, he just needs to find the right system. Its not Green Bay either, soo.

8) The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the Raiders of last year.
Tampa will flat out suck this year lol.

9) The San Diego Chargers are much worse than the Arizona Cardinals.
The Chargers will be a force in 2-3 years. Rivers will be a gift from god to the Chargers with Tomlinson. The Cardinals are also good, i guess everyone forgot the Denny Green is the coach now, look what Parcells did to Dalls and the Cardinals are in a weak division.

10) DeAngelo Hall will have a better rookie season than Carson Palmer.
LOL, Carson Palmer will do 0 this year. I can name about 30 other guys that will do better then Carson Palmer.
The Bengals are the dumbest team in America. I have alot of respect for Marvin Lewis but now i think he is the biggest dumbass in the world. Why bench Jon Kitna who had a pro bowl season ahead of a rookie.

Seriously though, Barry Sanders was great indeed. But i mean realistically, Walter Payton, Jim Brown and Emmitt and there are probaly others that were better then him statistically. But it depends, do you want to watch a playmaker (Payton and Barry) a power back (Brown) or a workhorse or will play with a seperated shoulder (emmitt).

Either way all 4 of these guys were the best ever and will always be remembered as some of the best to ever play the game of football.

1) Fact. If Vick stays healthy it's a sure thing.

2) Fiction. James Hodgins is the best blocking fullback in the NFL.

3) Fiction. Favre may be getting old, but he still is a GREAT quarterback.

4) Fiction. Bill Gramatica is the worst kicker in the league.

5) Fiction. Emmitt Smith is (was) the man

6) Fiction. Delhomme is not as good as everybody thinks.

7) Fact. He is actually a Jake Plummer case, bad quarterback within a system.

8) Fact. Brad Johnson has never been that good of a quarterback to lead.

9) Fact. With Denny Green as the Cards coach, the Chargers are much worse.

10) Fact. Carson Palmer has crap to throw to other than Chad Johnson.

1) False. You need a defense to do good in this league.

2) False. Best running, no doubt, but blocking is probably Mike Anderson.

3) True. He's really to old. I'm sorry but it's true.

4) False. Who was that guy who was kicker for the 49ers 2 years ago? Jose something.

5) False. A few more years and yes he would have been but numbers wise, Emmit Smith is.

6) True. Weak division and still a great defense.

7) False. Come up here to Cleveland and ask somebody that. See what happens to you. Might get killed. And if you say he had a right to cry in that one game he did, I will kill you.

8) False. They're worse. No competition.

9) False. Atleast Diego has some kind of QB and somewhat of a defense.

10) True. Big season at CB. 8 picks.

11) True. All the getting banged up and no breaks kind of hurts him.

1) The Atlanta Falcons will make the playoffs this upcoming season.
Fiction. I put no faith in any team coached by someone with the name Mora. However, my caveat would be that it all depends on how bad the other teams in its division are.

2) Mike Alstott is the best blocking fullback in the NFL.
Fiction. A) He's not really a fullback, he's an oversized half back. B) He'd rather be running with the ball than blocking and it shows. C) His popularity stems from his looks more than anything. D) As long as Lorenzo Neal is still playing, there will be no better blocking fullback. E) It's a joke that Alstott gets to go to the Pro Bowl every year--and I'm an Alstott fan.

3) Brett Favre's stock is dropping.
Fact. But not by much. And, it's really just a function of age and the fact that he had set the bar so high for years.

4) Doug Brien is the worst kicker in the league.
Fiction. As long as Bill Gramatica is still in the league, there can be no worse than he.

5) Barry Sanders is the best running back of all-time.
Fiction. Grrrr, I hate answering this one. He is the best that I have ever seen, but his game log usually looked like "0, -2, 1, -1, -6, 73, -1, 2, 87......" He had a good line in front of him and could not run with a fullback in front of him. His ankles did amazing things, in stopping on a dime to change direction. But, Jim Brown is the best of all time. Though, Sanders showed amazing grace (if the story is true, that is) of not wanting to topple Payton's record, unlike Emmitt Smith.

6) The Carolina Panthers will make the playoffs again this season.
Fact. Good defense, great coach, capable QB.

7) Tim Couch isn't that bad of a quarterback.
Fiction. I own a Tim Couch jersey, but he would have been better served going to a football college, not a basketball one. He's lucky he got the 3rd string gig with the Packers.

8) The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the Raiders of last year.
Fiction. The Raiders were the way they were because they have a nutjob as an owner, the inmates running the asylum and a moron at Head Coach who did not have the forethought to change plays when playing the coach who created said plays in the Super Bowl.

9) The San Diego Chargers are much worse than the Arizona Cardinals.
Fiction. The Chargers have LaDainian Tomlinson on their team. Not only does he run well, but he caught 100 passes last year. And, Drew Brees will surprise.

10) DeAngelo Hall will have a better rookie season than Carson Palmer.
Fact. But, that is more a function of the positions that they play. And, Carson didn't really play his rookie year.

11) Eddie George's better years are behind him.
Fact. Well, duh.

1. Fact if Vick stays healthy

2. Not even close. Alscott isn't even a fullback. He is a big RB. Beasly is the best.

3. Droping relatively yes. He is still a top 5 QB who can lead his team to any win.

4. Has anyone noticed the rotation of kicker the Niners have had for the last 2 years?

5. Fiction. Gale Sayers baby.

6. Fact. They haven't lost anyone and still haven't been as dampened by a loss in the Superbowl as other recent teams.

7. He doesn't have to be. He has all the skills. He does lack leadership and doesn't really lead by example. He could be really good, but I see him being merely decent.

8. They'll lose, but they have a romising young QB, a still good defense, and a great coach. They might have a down year, but they aren't at the low point the Raiders were at last year.

9. They are about the same. I would say the Chargers were better if Rivers had gotten into camp on time. They have a better offense simply because if LT and still have a decent defense. The Cardinals have a more modern coach and would have a great recieving tandem is Boldin had stayed healthy.

10. Obviously

11. Fiction. Palmer looks really good and will post better numbers than a CB unless he turns out to be Ryan Leaf.

1) The Atlanta Falcons will make the playoffs this upcoming season.
Fact, if Vick stays healthy.
- With a new Head Coach and offensive system in place there may be a bit of growing pains but with Peerless Price, Michael Jenkins and DeAngelo Hall all having their first full season on a team with a healthy Vick things look bright. Worst case 10-4

2) Mike Alstott is the best blocking fullback in the NFL.
Absolute Fiction
- Take this from a Tampa native and football fan. Alstott is moderate at his blocking and is better used as a power halfback. Alstott has only played a year and a half in the FB position but he'll never be the likes of Kleinsasser or Lorenzo Neal in terms of lead blocking.

3) Brett Favre's stock is dropping.
Fiction
- Even with his rising INT rate and despite still not having a 100% healthy thumb on his throwing arm there is no doubt that Farve could make the Super Bowl this year and possibly win his third NFL MVP trophy. Farve has a cannon arm still and is the penultimate leader in the huddle. If he would stop forcing himself to carry the team on his shoulders he'd have more attractive fantasy numbers but he's still the best current QB in the NFL and no one would turn him down for a starting job.

4) Doug Brien is the worst kicker in the league.
Unsure
- I've never paid much attention to him, a quick glance at his stats last year for the Jets doesn't make me think so but I can't pass a judgement on what I don't know. Next.

5) Barry Sanders is the best running back of all-time.
Fiction, but he should have been.
- Even though Emmitt won more Super Bowls and eventually broke Sweetness' record I would consider Barry the best RB of the Nineties, it's just unfortunate he decided to call it quits because he'd easily have been best ever.

6) The Carolina Panthers will make the playoffs again this season.
Fact, most likely
- With no major Free Agent losses I don't see why they shouldn't be. Stephen Davis still has gas in the tank and an upgrade to the secondary with first round pick Chris Gamble this team should be in the playoffs again. However almost every player had a career year on the team in 2003 and there are doubts that DelHomme can continue to be the star QB he was last year. This is a topic that most likely only time will tell.

7) Tim Couch isn't that bad of a quarterback.
Fiction, Couch is worse than most think
- With no arm and no leadership skills he's the anti-Favre in my mind. He's plenty athletic and could possibly be much better down the line, he just needs to hone his skills better and pray the kindly Green Bay fans don't get too nasty when he tosses up his first "flutterball" of the season.

8) The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the Raiders of last year.
Fiction
- Despite having a team full of former Raiders I am interpreting this question as to how bad this years team will be compared to Oak. Sure TB is full of aging stars on both sides of the ball there are plenty of bright spots which could lead to another playoff season. First Alstott and Brian Kelly have clean bills of health, the teams two biggest losses last year are healthy and hungry to play. Despite not having a single WR in camp from the Super Bowl season TB still has plenty of depth and quality at WR, it'll just have to be a white collar sort of corps for this season. Worst case record 8-8

9) The San Diego Chargers are much worse than the Arizona Cardinals.
Fact
- No one in the NFL is as bad as San Diego, thank god they didn't screw up signing LaDanian Tomlinson long term. First they oust long time fan favorites like Seau and Rodney Harrison then they alienate their starting QB by drafting Eli Manning... whom then they trade because Eli doesn't wanna play as a Charger. In return they get Phillip Rivers who is now holding out and shows no signs of wavering. It will be at least two seasons and one management/ownership change before SD is a playoff threat again.

10) DeAngelo Hall will have a better rookie season than Carson Palmer.
Fact, barring major injury
- Hall is still on a better team and has a better supporting cast. I don't believe Rudi Johnson is the long term RB that Cincinnati needs and other than Chad Johnson Palmer doesn't have too many offensive threats to throw to. Add to the fact he's gonna have first year jitters and a year of bench rust and I predict that Carson doesn't even start all 16 games, and not due to injury.

11) Eddie George's better years are behind him.
Absolute Fact
- But this shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. He's still a great back and I'd welcome him to any team I'd coach. He's still able to get 5 yards a carry if he's used sparingly. His value has seriously diminished since he spent so many years running up the middle in Tennessee's punishing offense. George's key skill now will be to teach Julius Jones the ropes in Dallas since Parcells supposedly never wanted him a Cowboy in the first place.

1. Fiction : There's no way they'll make the playoffs, though they will come short. Vick hasn't been able to fully get into habit with the WCO, thus it will take him some time to get the offense in rhtyhm. Their D is still one of the worst in the league, and they're in one of the toughest divisons after the NFC East.

2. Fiction : Alstott was used more as a runner than blocker, and even people coaches will say he sucks as a blocker, so nope

3. Absolute Fiction : As much as I hate when my teams play against him, Favre is still one of the best in the league today. He may be older than some of them, but with that comes experience, and no one can carry a team on his shoulder like Favre can, and the fact that he led the NFL in touchdowns says enough.

4. Skipping that one.

5.Fact : Barry is in my opinion the best back of all-time. Yes, Emitt broke Payton's records, but Barry would have broken it a long time if he didn't quit. Barry was the most agile player in the league, and left defenders nightmares with those cuts and jukes, and look how many 15,000+ yds seasons he had, and the fact that he played in bad team makes him even better.

6. ABSOLUTE FACT : Listen up, these Panthers are not first year wonders. Yes, they have holes in the o-line and secondary, but they didn't lose alot of people like the Eagles or the Titans in the off-season, and remember, this a young team that made the playoffs without their leading tackler (Mark Fields), and a 2nd-string qb, and they still haven't reached their full potential. Steve Smith and Deshaun Foster will add more explosiveness to their offense, their defense will be one of the best in the league this year with the d-line having more than a year of experience, and Morgan and Fields back and healthy again, and Jake will become a better passer, and Fox will have them playing extremely well. Case closed.

7. Fact : I think he's done for. He has no leadership skills and he pratically has no confidence in himself anymore. Had so much potential, yet failed to deliver.

8. Close Fact : They aren't the Raiders of last year, but they are close. Their defense downgraded, and their offense is getting older. Gruden better make the playoffs, or he'll regret lletting all those players go.

9.FACT : No team is worse than The Chargers. No D, no o-line, no qb, no wr, and on and on. Well, at least they'll be able to get Mike Williams next year.

10. Fiction : Well, Palmer is technically sort of a rookie since hasn't started last year. But Palmer wins because of a better offense, and a better coach. Hall is too cocky and his cover skills are bit average and Moss made him his ***** a week ago.

11. Fact : I hate to say, but it's a fact. He lost that ability to grind it down the field and punish tacklers like he used to do.
