Even though Barry Sanders is in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, he still retired way too soon. His early retirement causes me to ask this question.
If Sanders didnt retire early, would he currently be the all-time rushing leader? Many sports writers and historians have said that Sanders would have blown Walter Payton's record out of the water and would have more than Emmitt Smith has now, if he had stayed put in the league.
What do you think?
