With the 5-5 performance he put on today, he now has 11 games left to put up 14 hits. He has kept up a fairly consistant pace will be interesting to see how he does going into closing...

Sorry to beat bravest to it but Ichiro just got hit number 258 on a single up the middle. We have a new all-time hits in a season record folks!!! :D Congrats to Ichiro.
