hi i am a huge fan of The Los Angeles Lakers. so obviously i am a fan of Kobe Bryant. i was so disgusted to hear that he was being charged with rape. but now i am even more disgusted that with like 13-15 months of trial hearings,the FAGGOT, District Attorney Marc Hulbert has decided to drop the case. Kobe Bryant should be suing the hell out of the county as well as the "ALLEGED VICTIM" and Marc Hulbert for taking his money to spend on legal defense and for smearing his reputation through the mud. i know some would say that he might have done it. Well for those of you who think like that, if he did it the woman should have gone through hell and back to see to it that justice was served.

CASE IN POINT: THIS GUY WAS LOOKING FOR SOME FAME,AND IN THE RESULT OF THIS HE WILL NOT BE RE-ELECTED NEXT YEAR FOR DA.(AND HE SHOULDNT BE).

Despite getting "hoed" by you, I feel the need to reply.

Buddy, don't you think they asked the girl if she was raped or not. Don't you think maybe she would say yes since she's the one that brought up the charges? Listen, "I" don't claim she was raped, I in fact I have no idea. If I had to say I would say that she made it up.

So let me get this straight, the girl claims she was raped, the DA really can't prove otherwise (it's basically his word agaisnt hers) and he's just supposed to drop it because obviously she was lying and looking for fame? It's the DA's fault that the judge completely screws the case by releasing documents that shouldn't be released, and having the girl decide at the last minute not to testify.

You do realize that if she did decide to go on the stand, the trial almost certainly would have happened, right?
