In 1976, when the two teams entered the league, they played each other twice during the regular season. Seattle winning both times. The Seahawks went on to finish the season 2-14, while the Bucs were winless at 0-16. For a while after, the Bucs were considered one of the worst sports teams of all time. Who won the Super Bowl first? The Buccaneers did. Now it's the Seahawks turn. This just might be their year, too.

question about the seahawks to a seahawks fan. I just read the NFL preview of sports illustrated and I was wondering about the Hasselbeck article. Has Hasselbeck always looked like Dilfer's long lost son or did he gradually start looking like his twin?

Although I am not a Seahawks fan, I will say that Hasselbeck still looks like Dilfer's son. He looks too young to be Dilfer's twin.
