Colts sealed the win with a 1 yard run by Edgerrin James and the final score was 45-31. Manning finished with 393 yards passing and 5 touchdowns. Favre on the other hand threw for 358 yards and 4 TD's. He could have possibly hit 400 yards, but was taken out of the game in the last two minutes for Doug Pedersen.
