Seahawks' Robinson hit with four-game suspension

KIRKLAND, Wash. (AP) — Seattle receiver Koren Robinson was suspended without pay Monday for the next four games for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy.
Robinson will sit out home games against Buffalo and Dallas, as well as road trips to Minnesota and the New York Jets. He is eligible to return for a Dec. 26 home game against Arizona.

The former North Carolina State star also sat out Sunday's 24-17 win over Miami, but coach Mike Holmgren said that was done as punishment for violating undisclosed team rules and had no relation to the NFL suspension.

Holmgren has acknowledged Robinson traveled to New York last week on an off day for Seahawks players to appeal a possible suspension, but the team hasn't heard from the league office.

Hey I can still dream can't I? I mean I'm already hoping for the Bulls to actually get a win, the Bears to win a game without completly relying on their defense and special teams, and the White Sox to sign some good players

So why not think the Seahawks can get some wins? ;)

We got Jerry Rice, Darrell Jackson, and Bobby Engram. If anyone says one more thing about these guys droppin' passes, I'll choke you! :P

Ah, I can't wait for the Seahawks collapse.

Blame it on Hassleback, 'Hawks fans. He shouldn't have said "I choose to score" in last years playoff game.

I have also heard that the rest of their recievers drop a lot of passes. :)

For the same reasons that you plead innocent even though you are guilty as sin. The same reasons criminals appeal their convictions: Because they can. Mostly because you are allowed to play while you appeal the suspension.
