i think it looks well but it would look even better if there was no glow and the picture of him was zoomed in to just like a helmet shot or something... but nice work man!

On the contrary(??) the glow is what gives it character, and by having him zoomed out, it explains more, if it had been zoomed in(which you should never do, only make smaller or keep the same size) it would be good in a different way.
