I like everything except the outward glow, its too red, I think it looks horrible and the blur on Dunn. Everything else is good.

Background doesnt seem to flow with the pic imo...And "Dunn" is hard to read, that red around him also stands out because it is on the the light background I think.

They should let us use our own avatars. It is way too easy to get confused about who is posting when multiple people have the same avatars.
About the sig: the only thing that I see wrong with it is the red line around Dunn. It is too thick and too red.
