Notre Dame has played to the level of their opponents in every single game this season. 23/1? Hell, why not.

I don't think USC will cover a 23 point spread and I'm not betting against my favorite team so I'll sit this one out

I'll put 2 on Notre Dame. I think USC will win this, but those odds are too good to pass up.

Is this like if Notre Dame loses by 20, they win the bet?

Are we betting the spread or are we betting to win?

Ok. So as long as USC wins, they win the bet, right? But if ND wins, they win 23 times the amount they bet?

That is my understanding since we are going to win

After seeing what happened last night, the USC run D is suspect at the very least. They finally meat a decent running attack and ND runs all over them. If they play OU or Auburn, they're in trouble. I wasn't too impressed with Leinart either, it seems like the players around him are the ones that deserve most of the credit. Should have been picked twice on the opening drive.
This game showcased ND's weak secondary, it needs some major work. At the same time, it gave us a preview of the next few seasons with Darius Walker and Brady Quinn both doing a pretty good job against the #1 team in the country. If Maurice Stovall can work on his hands, he could be one of the better receivers around. I just hope that we can replace Tuck & Goolsby.
