That sucks for you. My brother got his a long time ago for nothing in particular. It was only a $2000 dollar car, but still in good condition. He isn't even 16 yet. My parents will probably get me one before I turn 16 so I can get used to it before I have to drive it all of the time. If that is all that you are going to get, then that sucks for you.

Well, my dad earned the money very easily. He bought a bunch of jewelry really cheap on ebay and took it to work and sold it for about $25-$50 more than what he payed for it, and it was still a good buy for the people who bought it. So it only took him a few months to get enough to buy him the car.

I love this time of the year. I love spending time with my family. I love the smell of christmas trees. I love to see the look on peoples faces when they open up the present I got them.

I do agree with those people. Mainly, because what those stores are doing, is just another step to total political correctness. Each Holiday is so special in its own way, that lumping them together into one big generic holiday isn't right.

1. Its Payton's sig. He can do whatever he wants with it. And to say he should change it because it doesn't represent your religion, is insane. If I put Merry Christmas in my sig, am I trying to discriminate against your religion? No, I'm simple celebrating my own. And I can, just like you and everyone else. If someone walks up to me and says Happy Chanukah, Happy Kwanzaa or Happy Ramada (SP?), I shouldn't get mad and tell them to wish me a Merry Christmas. I should just let it go. We all need to just let it go.

2. Christmas is the most popular and most widely celebrated of December holidays. It always will be, therefore it will always be the default holiday.

3. Again, I don't have a problem with people celebrating whatever religious holidays they want to. What I do have a problem with is, this political correctness crap.

Thank you AHound, I laughed in anger when I saw badbeanies post, I hate when people do that. Nobody here needs to change anything for what you celebrate. Payton celebrates Christmas, and you expect him to put something else in his sig for a holiday he doesn't even practice? Makes no sense. If you want to show some respect for your holiday, make your own sig or ask someone to make one for you, simple as that. And if you think I'm discriminating Jews or whatever I'm not, I just don't get why you would call Christmas colors on a Happy Holidays sig discriminating to the cultures who practice another holiday.

If someone wants to make a Chanukah banner then they are more than free too but why can't someone who celebrates Christmas make a holiday banner for it?
It really annoys and irritates me when people do stuff like cutting the Christmas out of holiday songs and all this political correctness trash. Like Ahound and PacMan said, people should celebrate their holidays in whatever manner they see fitting but should not make a big deal about it when others do too.
