A 4th year, making it harder for the Red Sox to keep up. I heard the Red Sox might have given up on Pedro and are after Matt Clement.

Call me crazy but I think clement might be a better target then Pedro. He could be had for a whole lot cheaper and he's a few years younger too. Plus Pedro had his worst year ever with the Sox last year posting an ERA near 4. Just his name commands an 8 digit salary but he isn't the pitcher he used to be.
