If this trade rumor is true with the mets getting Manny they may want another bat. Stick Delgado at 1b and trade Millar and Mientkeiwicz. I highly doubt it but the yanks may wnat Mientkeiwicz but I dont see a sox yanks deal in place.

Delgado plays 1st basemen until 8-9 inning
Mientkiewicz comes in as the closing 1st baseman and plays the 8-9 inning
Ortiz plays DH

Phill, he failed his first one and then I believe he passed the next though i dont think the official words out yet. Ireally hope he failed it and then we got more money to spend on better players.
