The Angels have signed Paul Byrd to a 1 Year deal, and have also traded Ramon Ortiz to Cincy for Dustin Mosely.

They signed Esteban Yan too to either a one or 2 year deal, forget how much. $6 million...mmaybe?

I don't think any of those moves will affect them too much. Byrd might be a good signing if he can pitch decent but that's about it.
