My sister bought be a 2005 ESPN sports almanac yesterday for my bday and i was thinking of a cool idea of making a trivia game on here in which i will ask questions that i derive from my almanac.
I would like to make this like a head to head game where we have 2 people go against each other for a whole week and one question will be asked to each player every day of the week. Then whoever gets the most questions right at the end of the week will win that matchup. It if ends in a tie then there will be a tie-breaker question from a sports of my choice. Every day will be a different category of questions:
Monday: Pro Football
Tuesday: Pro Basketball
Wednesday: Pro Baseball
Thursday: Pro Hockey
Friday: Random Category
Saturday: College Sports
Sunday: Other Sports
Anyone can sign up just post in here. im gonna start this tonight because im so bored. There is no deadline to sign up, except if you sign up during a week that is already being played, you must wait till the next weekly matchups start. just post here today and ill get a week 1 schedule made real fast.
Here is some of the rules:
1. if there is a day that you dont get online, your question will not be posted and you will not have a chance to make up those points.
2. if you know you are going to be gone for a few days or not able to post, please try and tell me ahead of time, and dont argue with me if you are not able to post, that is just a risk that has to be taken.
3. I will post each players questions when i know they are online. Then each player has ONE HOUR to post their answers or they cannot answer, this is trying to eliminate any cheating or searching all day for an answer. You can use google and stuff but you will be required to answer in the next hour after i post the question.
