Wow! A Federal Judge upheld an arbitrators decision to cut Jermaines Suspension by 10 games. Now Jermaine will play his first game back against Detroit! Wow what great timing. A great Christmas Present for all Pacers fans.

omg, you have to be kidding me this is stupid, he should get even more games in this suspension, man I have had it with this league, a suspension is a suspension, there should be no cut of it, I say let him be suspended 10 more games.

I think he should have been suspended longer, but i must say, this will be an interesting game.

How should he be suspended longer? As far as I remember, he never ran into the stands like Stephen Jackson or Artest. Funny how people justify Artest reaction as being provoked, but Jermain hit a guy on the court, which is, in my opinion, self defense.
