There's Eric Chavez (27,) Adrian Beltre (26,) Hank Blalock (24,) and Dallas McPherson (24.) Take your pick.

Hm...Tossup between Chavez and Blalock. I'll take Blalock because he's younger

Hank Blalock

Eric Chavez..he's too good for me. Adrian Beltre was a Dodger so I like him, but it was his first great season. Blalock and the Rangers, wow. McPherson is young but he'll be good, Angels in 06!

Like all others between Chavez and Blalock. I'd probably go with Chavez.

Blalock or Chavez. Can't decide which one. A-Rod wasn't a choice or he would be numeral uno.

Duh, Blalock. The dude is 24 years old and has already had a 30+HR, 100+Run, 100+RBI season. Plus the guys is developing some pretty good D. Chavez is more developed and has won gold gloves but Blalock is my man, next to Mike Young anyway. Plus the Rangers got him locked down through 2009. *banana*
Did I mention he's been an all-star in his only 2 full seasons as well?

Chavez, no contest. He's a gold glover, and he also has an eye and some plate discipline unlike any of the other 3 guys.

i said Hank Blalock even though Beltre had a stellar season last year and Chavez has always been great and McPherson has a Rookie of the Year campaign ahead of him, but Blalock possesses a ton of power and i see him emerging as the biggest superstar of the group

Eric Chavez. Hopefully, next years Showdown card won't have him listed as lf/rf.

I totally agree with Molina because Blalock is 24 and great hitter and can hold his own with the glove.

Chavez doesn't have very good batting average though.
