If they end up signing him to a major league contract, he gets $600,000, but now he only has a minor league deal. He is one homer away from 400. *gloomy*

They also signed like 9 others to minor league deals, including Kerry Robinson and Marlon Anderson.

Ummm, I've never heard of those guys. Galaragga used to be a big name. For the Braves.

Kerry Robinson played for St Louis and then got traded to the Padres for Brian Hunter who SUCKS. Marlon Anderson played for the Cardinals last year mostly at 2B.

Brian Hunter was cool. One of the Pads to talk to me while I was bat boying. Galaragga will make a decent PH. Not much more. Hopefully NY didn't give him a Mo Vaughn like deal ;)

I hope he makes the team. We love Andres in St. Louis. That brief period he spent here sure was fun to watch.
P.S.- The Cardinals traded K-Rob so he could get more playing time, but the Padres lied to us and only had him up for a short time. K-Rob is a St. Louis homeboy and it would be nice to have him back. His daddy used to play for the Cardinals in the minor leagues as well.
