What a bunch of losers! I am totally against teams giving up the rest of the season because they've clinched homefield advantage, or whatever. There are still teams trying to get into the playoffs, and with teams like the Eagles screwing around, the Seahawks have to wait until Sunday to clinch their division and the Vikings have to wait to clinch a playoff berth, as well as the Saints and Panthers.

Ok no no never ever ever flick D McNabb off again. It wasn't his fault (he's on my fantasy team too so I'm pissed and because he didn't play I got second place) but it's Reid's fault. Plus if anyone on that team were to get hurt at this point I would be pissed as hell. Oh yeah, and if they we're really pussies, they would've put all their reserves in 2-3 ago.
Guess what team Seattle has to beat on Sunday this week! :D

BTW, to everyone, I'm very sorry with what I've said in this thread. I apologize. I really like the Eagles, it's just frustrating when your team has chances throughout the season to take advantage of the division and they fail. I hope the Seahawks defense can continue what they did late against Arizona for the rest of the season and postseason.

well I am sure the eagles would rather lose, than risk injuring mcNabb. I hope favre sits out this week against chicago so he wouldnt get hurt, but of course there gonna play him which sucks.

As they should. They are playing a meaningless game by all accounts, except that they are playing the Chicago Bears, and as you well know, that's a pretty big rivalry. Besides that, who in their right ****ing mind would want to play Craig Nall or J.T. O'Sullivan no matter what the circumstances anyways? At least those two are a step-up over Doug Pederson, though, the only NFL quarterback who is actually worse than Noodle. *blush*

first of all, craig nall is basically favre. maybe if you saw him play you would agree. his arm is just a huge gun, he can throw so far and accurate. even though he hasnt played too much in regular season he has 4 td's, and 0 ints.

Yes I have seen him play, he's 16-20 with 183 yards and 3 TDs in relief of Favre. But don't tell me he has a gun, because he doesn't. 183 yards on 16 completions? I really think Sherman should look at knabbing Drew Brees in the offseason. *nod*

Just because 5 commentators said he has a gun, doesn't mean he has a gun. For example, the FOX announcers never give any respect to the Falcons, so I guess that means they don't deserve any respect, eh?
