Yippie freaking ki-yay. We're the only county in North Carolina that actually does Academic Team, which basically is a local version of the Quiz Bowl and is divided into five rounds (English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and General Knowledge). Mt. Tabor has won every match, even beating Reynolds High for the first time in ages. The All-Stars tournament is next week, and with that comes local coverage. Yay!!!

Well, we just won the county championship against West. This means the first time in about 10 years we take home a trophy for it.
