Remembering Old times

Hi there...I need help remembering two games titles I played as a child, one in nes 8 bits and the other in snes.

The game I played in nes was one about a boy that had a dog he summons using a whistle (I think) and when you entered the shops and asked the girl too many questions she became mad. I don't remember that game title.

The other one was a hockey game for snes. In that game you could hit the other players and if you hit them too many times they started hitting each other in a one on one penalty like stuff. Can someone help me remember those titles.

It is not "blades of steel" because "blades of steel" is for NES 8 bits and the hockey game I mentioned is for super nintendo
