Japanese software houses are not happy with Xbox

They maybe just talking about Sega games for Xbox in Japan because a few others said they would quit release Xbox's game but only in Japan. I would like to give a link but this is kind of IGN insider info... but I didn't just say that. Honestly though Sega games in states havn't really sold to awesome either, but on other hand best seller is Sonic Battle 2 even though it was a mediocre title and a port, even Super Monkey Balls did well. Maybe Toejam and Earl 3 and Panzer Dragoon Orta will help them out some but after playing Toejam and Earl... I don't know.

this'll be very bad for microsoft if more japanese developers follow in sega's footsteps. altho from that article, SEGA hasn't officially pulled out of the xbox yet. no doubt Bill will thro SEGA a big bag of money and everything will be happy days again

X Box doesn't appeal to Japanese gamers .... eitheir he should ask developers to create a game that will drive Japanese crazy or might as well call it quits in the land of the rising sun.

The X-Box has been very bad in Japan ever since its initial launch ... i really wouldn't be surprised at all if Sega decided to stop developing exclusive titles for the system, especially in Japan. The only titles that have sold even remotely well on the x-box were the sports titles, and even thoses didn't sell that well.

The only thing that i'm surprised about is that it took them this long to realise that the games it is releasing on that system are selling very poorly. I'd have expected them to due this much sooner.
