Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead

SuperLuigiBros

I really really like Pirates of the Caribbean and Lord of the Rings: the Return of the King.
Sin City was also fucking cool, but because I only saw it recently it might only be a phase. Its still a top 10 none-the-less.
Plus any movie by pixar is a bit of alright in my book.

All films by Quentin Tarnatino, that crazy ingenious bastard. Maybe less Reservoir Dogs, and I haven't seen Jackie Brown. SLC Punk is on e of my personal favorites, along with BASEketball.

I probably couldn't pick my Favourite one cause there's just too many but The Rocky Horror Picture Show is on the top 3 along with The Meaning of Life and Snatch!

The Godfather, Citizen Kane, Godfather Part II, Apocalypse Now, and Raging Bull are my favorites.

Crap, forgot about Godfather.

I absolutely hated Apocalypse Now, and while I realize that Citizen Kane is a masterpiece for it's time, it's not that great of a movie now. The acting was bad.

Pro A.

I disagree about both AN and CK. Apocalypse Now is the most hypnotic movie I've ever watched. It is the ultimate war movie that attempts to answer the horrors of war, and it does so with remarkable efficiency.

Citizen Kane is a masterwork of storytelling with Welles breaking every rule in Hollywood for the sake of telling a great story that is the true Greek tragedy in movies.

"The Great Train Robbery" *some might be able to figure that one out*

But "Shindler's-sp List" is one of the best for the fact it truly moves people.

The Great Train Robbery was the first full-length movie ever produced, in the early 1900s. People would gather around nickelodeons to see them for only a nickel. Lawl.

In any case, my favorite movies, in no particular order:
-Donnie Darko.
-Pi.
-High Fidelity.
-The Princess Bride.
-Pulp Fiction.
-Anchorman.
-Zoolander.

I have seen many many many movies in my short time on this earth, and those are the only ones that I can currently think of that were made to complete perfection. Never a noticeably dull moment, never any poor acting, always thought put out in every scene.

And Pi, oh God, don't get me started on how ingenius Pi is.

Oh crap nayrk forgot about Schindler's List, what a great movie.

Pro A. I think it was accurate about the horrors of war, but the problem was that it was a little too lengthy and boring for my tastes. I watched the Redux though, not the original.

Kill Bill Volume 2

That's no particular order. I'm forgetting hundreds, I know it, but these are the ones that jumped out at me.

Gladiator is another to add to the list.

Macca, since the great Morpheous was reduced to damn near the role of an extra by the 3rd film, something was gravely wrong.

I don't care how much I get flamed, but NGE, the series, and the OVA's, were all garbage in my books... I didn't like the characters much and the both endings sucked... Rah-xephon is how a anime with the whole NGE idea should come together... Now i'm just stating my opinion, not attacking you Xer0.

Now the best movie, western is probably The Matrix for me... Anime wise, it would probably have to be a series rather than a movie... and the series would have to be Berserk... The best piece of entertainment, western or otherwise in my opinion.

Personally, i love Eva and its cool if you dont. Now i stil need to finish Rah, i have gone into the 2nd DVD i think (ep 9-10 maybe) and although the art and animation are both simply amazing, the first thing that jumped at me is that its an Eva clone so i just stopped watching it, however, i have heard only good things about it as it continues and some, like you, point that it is better then Eva. I have to get around to finishing it.

Berzerk, man i have to see this damn show! I have heard only good things from it and whenever i have enough to buy it, something conflicts in its way (Last time the Escaflowne eps were discounted, got the whole series for like 100 dollars on DVD and loved it, imo, best anime series). Eventually, ima buy it, but now, im broke.
